Provocative and sometimes brutal, TAPE removes the dominant male gaze of Hollywood and its audience into the room where questionable behavior goes unseen, answering the question how could this kind of thing happen? TAPE is a moment-by-moment unveiling of the way young actresses are coerced and taken advantage of. Scenes in this film may disturb viewers.
